165km today, the odometer went past
2000, so over 1000 in the last week, woo hoo. haven broken any spokes for about 200km witch is awsome, one is broken and I've been waiting for another to go to make pulling the wheel off more worthwhile. if none go I'l do it at Coonabarabran ( 55km or so). I'm next to a spectacular mountain range at the moment, spectacular cliffs.
crap weather (headwinds, rain and no sun) and spokes breaking daily but somehow being in an interesting town makes it posable to see the positives I now have some really good replacement spokes, so the more spokes that break the fewer old ones are left in the wheel to break. breaking spokes are simperly an opotunity to slowy respoke my wheel. ( and Im becoming pretty quick with the whole procedure. and bad weather is just a chance to walk arond and check oult what the town has to offer. its all in the mentality.
